About 

 Hi, I'm Danielle. After 5 years of baking for family and friends I launched my baking business in 2020 after a long career in Television Production.

Victoria James Cake Design has enabled me to create modern, bespoke, delicious wedding cakes for my couples and their guests to enjoy. My grandad was a fantastic wedding cake maker and I hope I follow in his creative foot-steps.

 At Victoria James Cake Design I only have one aim, to simply make you the wedding cake of your dreams. I use fresh and high-quality ingredients to produce a luxurious cake to serve as a beautiful memory for everyone at your wedding.

​

 Couples work with me to design a stunning centre piece and I handle all the features of your cake including liasing with your venue, florist and caterers. I also provide a professional delivery service and set-up of your cake on the day. 

​

 Clean lines and sharp edges of contemporary cakes are what I love and I also have a passion for flower arranging. I really enjoy learning new decorating techniques making sure the quality and design are the best for my clients.

​

 When I'm not baking, I enjoy a good crime drama series, meals out and walks in the forest with my husband and three children along with cooking for and entertaining my large group of family and friends.
