Flavour Menu

 All cakes at Victoria James Cake Design are freshly made to order.

 

I believe that all cakes need to look beautiful but should always taste delicious too.

 

This is why I only use high-quality, fresh ingredients, including free-range eggs, the finest Belgian chocolate, Swiss fondant and high quality butter and home-made compotes, sauces & caramels.

Classic Vanilla

Madagascan vanilla bean sponge and

buttercream with seedless raspberry conserve.

Chocolate Fudge

Indulgent Belgian chocolate sponge layered with delicious Belgian chocolate buttercream.

Sicilian Lemon

Zesty Sicilian lemon cake layered with light lemon buttercream and

lemon curd.

Lemon & Blueberry

Light lemon and blueberry cake

with lemon buttercream and blueberry preserve.

Raspberry & White chocolate

Madagascan vanilla and raspberry sponge filled with white chocolate buttercream and seedless raspberry jam.

Peach Melba

Raspberry cake filled with a light raspberry buttercream, raspberry

preserve and a peach compote.

Carrot Cake

Spiced carrot cake with walnuts, layered with light orange buttercream.

Coconut, Lime & Mango

Coconut sponge layered with lime

curd, coconut buttercream and a mango compote.

Our luxury Belgian chocolate sponge layered with creamy chocolate orange buttercream.

White chocolate & Oreo

Belgian white chocolate sponge infused with crushed Oreo cookies layered with Oreo and vanilla buttercream.

Chocolate & Caramel

Our luxury Belgian Chocolate sponge layered with caramel buttercream and salted caramel drizzle.

 All my cakes, biscuits and treats are made in a kitchen where wheat, gluten, milk, nuts, sulphites and eggs are present. I cannot 100% guarantee a product is free from these allergens.

Other flavours can be discussed. Dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan options are also available.
